Acceptable Use Policy
This policy describes how RecordsBot may and may not be used.

1. Permitted Use
RecordsBot may be used to prepare and submit public records requests you are authorized to make, for lawful purposes, using accurate information.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use RecordsBot to harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate anyone; to submit information you are not authorized to provide; to impersonate another person or entity; or to attempt to interfere with, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
You may not use RecordsBot for any purpose regulated by consumer reporting laws, including employment, tenant, insurance, or credit eligibility decisions.
3. No Misrepresentation of the Service
Customers and vendors may not describe RecordsBot as a lookup or search service, claim government affiliation or endorsement, or promise credit, identity, or financial outcomes. Vendors may not publish statistics, awards, or partnerships that RecordsBot has not provided.
4. Automation and Access
Do not scrape the site, resell access to the Telegram bot outside an approved vendor account, or share vendor dashboard credentials.
5. Enforcement
We may pause, cancel, or refuse orders and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
6. Reporting Abuse
Suspected misuse can be reported through the Support page or the RecordsBot Telegram bot.
